Website Maintenance Services

Beartooth Web Design (BWD) agrees to provide Customer with Maintenance Services as described below. Maintenance Services include:

• Updating the content of your website throughout the duration of the agreement as client requests as well as updating or replacing images. As discussed, we will include new employee headshots as needed at no additional fee.

• Upgrades to Customer’s content management system, including SEO, plugins and themes.

• Make sure that your website has proper SEO such as Meta tags (title, description, keywords, location and geo), alt tags, h1, h2, h3.

• Management and updates of Google Webmaster Tools.

• Management and updates of Google Analytics.

• Management, updates and content creation for Google My Business (for Google Maps)

• Management and updates of Bing Webmaster Tools.

• Management, updates and content creation for Bing Places for Business (for Bing Maps)

• Management of Statcounter (shows web traffic to site).

• Management of Cloudflare account for DNS management (Domain Name System).

• It is extremely important to ensure that your information is backed up in order to avoid losing hard-earned work, information and/or software. BWD will perform regular and thorough backups of your site so that it may be fully restored in case of loss.

• Provide regular monitoring and updating of website to ensure impeccable performance across all major browsers as well as mobile devices.

• Updating the “back-end” information for search engine visibility and sitemaps.

• Removal of malware, spam and malicious code from Customer’s website.

• Monitoring your website functionality to ensure that everything is working as it should and upgrade where necessary. Some plugins may become outdated and no longer work with the newest version of your website software. Plugins may need upgrading to accommodate the newer version or become obsolete with the improvements in the website software.

• We will assist you by liaising with the hosting company to sort out situations that may arise with them as quickly as possible.
